Dell Inspiron 15 5555 laptop
CPU: AMD A10-8700P Radeon R6, 10 Compute Cores 4C+6G **1.8GHz-3.2GHz Turbo**
GPU: AMD Radeon R6
Motherboard: Dell Inspiron 5555
RAM: 16GB G.SKILL F3 DDR3 1.35v DDR3L 1600 C9 2x8GB

Im in the 24% benchmark but other people are typically at 59.4% according to userbenchmark.com
I installed these new memory sticks by G-skill and wasnt expecting my benchmark to be at the worst side of the graph. MY computer supports Dual channel (2 SODIMM Slots) and these memory sticks are compatible. I looked in my BIOS and theres no option for dual channel or single channel mode, but CPU-Z says im running in single mode. my computer is showing i have 16GB available. My latency on memory is 121ns.

My multicore functions are running at 8.33GB/s
My single core is running at 6.67GB/s

What is wrong with my memory? Kinda new to memory knowledge.

CPU-Z CPU:
Qaudcore AMD A10 8700P 1.8GHz-3.2GHz Turbo Boost 16GB RAM
Radeon R6, 10 compute cores 4C+6G
Current cpu core speed 2.3GHz
4 cores 4 Threads

In CPU-Z Memory:
Channel # is Single
NB Frequency 698.6MHz
Type: DDR3
Size 16GB
DRAM Frequency: 798.4
FSB/DRAM 1:8
CAS Latency: 9 clocks

My graphics is just a Radeon R6, but im using this laptop for music work programs, which can utilize all my cores and RAM available. So I was hoping this memory upgrade would increase my performance in those heavy load programs but the benchmark says i basically am the worst. I dont need graphics processing power

Yes i have the A09 bios and its version from 2/4/2016
Im pretty sure its the latest

And yes AMD A10 8700P is Dual Channel DDR3 1.35v
