Question Why is my 5 month old steelseries apex pro not working?

There was a new SteelSeries engine update where they introduced "meta bindings" Now i cant press any key whatsoever because on my meta bindings everything is deactivated. I have no idea how to switch to the normal keybinds help me fix this terrible software please.

Have you got the receipt? Is there a record on your bank account, on your purchase place account, on PayPal etc?

i have a receipt for the order on the online shopping site but i do need the box to return it according to my seller.

Maybe try to talk to SteelSeries. They might even do an RMA for you.

the software is just horrible period. I'm not sure what ur problem is can u describe it in another way perhaps?

Im sure you have tried this already, but try to uninstall the software?

I LITTERLY HAVE THE SAME ISSUE, did u find a solution or something because steelseries support is just ignoring me at this point been waiting for months for response but none
