Question Why is my computer blackscreening/shutting down?

While I'm playing some of the games like Valorant, my monitor suddenly goes black and says no signal but my fans are still running and so is the rgb. At times my cpu fan and some of my fans would also stop spinning so I'm not too sure what the problem is. Also, my pc was working perfectly fine without turning off or blackscreening till I updated the driver. I thought that there might be a bug in the recent driver so I downloaded a previous driver and an older one but the problem still continues. Does anyone know how I can fix this problem? PLEASE HELP
