why is my computer loading so slowly?

my laptop will not load,.but i asked cortana on windows10 and it loaded the site bing.why isn't it loading?

By loading, do you mean booting up? Or do you mean loading a specific program?
If you have slow boot times, perhaps buy an SSD, or turn down the number of startup programs.

no it's all programs.i just upgraded my acer laptop to windows10 about 3 or 4 days ago.my son said that since windows10 isn't finished (it's either a beta or alpha).he said when it did an update it could have had a bug.like i said i asked cortana why is my computer running so slowly an she connected me to this site.so any help would be grateful.

Again, SSD will help a lot. Uninstall programs you don't need in the control panel. Finally, make sure you have at least 20% drive space that is empty (will allow your drive to read sequentially more often).
