Why is my computer making so much noise when starting up

Hello,
Every time I turn on my computer I hear this noise that gets really annoying because it plays over and over again and it won't go away until i turn off my computer. What sould I do? I have a HP tx2000 and am running with windows vista.

Could you maybe describe the noise? Coming from speakers, from the case? If from the case did you open it to check where it's coming from? If from the speakers, did you try new ones?

From the details you put in, for all we know you have a cat stuck in the computer.
