I just upgraded from a i5 4670k to a i7 4790k and now my computer won't boot. The fan spin but no beep only a 00 code on the board.

I updated my bios to the latest one.Didnt solve the issue

I tried reseating the CPU, no luck there.

I tried the cpu on another Mobo it worked, the cpu is working.

I tried loosening the cooler no luck there either.

I tested my psu. No problem.

Removed the cmos battery to reset bios.Nothing changed.

I tried isolating faulty components no change and they all work with my old cpu.

Cpu i7 4790k no overclock
GPU rx580 4gb
Ram 2 x 8 gskill sniper 1866
Psu 1050 EVGA photon
Mobo Asus Maximus vi hero
Cooler Corsair h100i
Case cooler master box pro 5

Thank you for your help.

Check if you got the right 4+4 connector plugged in not the 6+2 PCI-E to power the CPU.

removed the GPU and any other external devices and power it on.

Edit:
also, make sure to disable XMP and any other OC setting to stock

try this; also use the latest bios

EDIT: doesn't require CPU or ram to be plug/inserted in
