Why is my computer running so hot?

My computer is running excruciatingly hot... I am too afraid to turn it on. It's not just my CPU it's everything and I feel like my computer is under performing. I see extremely high temperatures associated with everything but I fear for my CPU and GPU. What's the problem?

Specs:
CPU- Intel i7 3770k
CPU Cooler- Swiftech H220
MB- Gigabyte GA-Z77X-UD3H
RAM- 2x 4GB DDR3 1600mhz
Drives- 120gb Samsung Evo SSD (boot) and 2TB WD Black HDD
GPU- GTX 770 02G-P4-2774-KR
Case- Rosewill Thor v2 White
PSU- Sparkle Gold Class GW-EPS1250DA 1250W

EDIT!!!!!:
Okay something was definitely wrong with my Swiftech H220. I swapped it out and now my temperatures are low again! What do you think is wrong with my Water Cooler?

HDD seems fine, Graphics card seems fine, however your CPU has a crazy high idle temp. how long have you had that cpu cooler? and do you have a backup stock heatsink fan?

form the picture your 2 fans on your watercooler appear to be running. before troubleshooting the watercooler i'd put the stock heatsink on there and check temps just for a reference point. stock idle temps should be WELL below 80'c.

I have had the cpu cooler since christmas, and yeah i kept the heatsink that came with the i7, are you sure the GPU is not crazy high??? it's at 9x degrees fahrenheit... people said it should be under 85

i've been hearing this drizzling noise from the watercooler every time i turn on my computer, what's that mean?

when people said it should be under 85 they mean 85C not 85 farenheit. yeah your gpu is fine it's way under 85c i think i saw it at like 36c or something like that. now if it gets to be 80c or over then you wanna start to not worry but be mindful. graphic cards can run higher than 85c but in general you dont want them too. either back off the overclock or get better cooling. swap out on the cpu to the stock heatsink real quick and come at me with some temps i'll be sitting here.

the reason i say do that is because i dont really know how to troublehshoot a watercooler but it sounds like it's not doing it's job at all.

drizzling noises sounds like possibly air inside your watercooler? whiich would definitely mess up heat dissapation

Another problem with my computer that got me upset was when I did 3dmark firestrike today... my computer scored 615!!! wtf

I am going to buy the Noctua NH-D14, it will arrive tomorrow or the day after. If the problem truly was the h220 I will just turn it in for a replacement and sell the replacement. I will keep you posted.
