Why is my computer shutting down on me?

My computer keeps shutting down upon startup. First it froze on me while playing SC2 on extreme settings, which it was running fine with no lag or low frame rate. Then when I shut it down, then tried to turn it on again, it got past the POST but shut right down again, and keeps doing so at diferrent points past restart. Could it be something is overheating? Or is there a bottleneck in my system?
My Build:
-AMD FX 9590 w/ Cryorig H7 dual fans
-Asus M5A99FX PRO R2.0 ATX AM3+
-Corsair Vengeance Pro 32gb DDR3-2400
-Samsung 850 Pro 256gb 2.5 SSD
-Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1080 8gb Xtreme Gaming
-Corsair RMx 750W fully modular ATX PSU
-Fracial Design Define R4 w/ 7 case fans (3 in, 4 out).
-Windows 10

This is only my second PC build since I was a teen, so a lot of this is still kinda new to me.
Any help or advice would be much appreciated.

-Chris

I backed up my files and reinstalled Windows 10, ran it through the same paces, and the same thing happened again. I tested the drives and the ram, both are running fine. I haven't tried over clocking yet, so I don't think that should be a factor as of yet. And I calculated the TDP of the entire build to be around 600W, so the PSU, should be more than enough. What does seem odd, is after letting it sit and cool for a while, I restarted it and I'm looking in the BIOS, and the CPU temp has steadily risen from 50°c to 69°c in about five minutes. In BIOS. it's not running anything else. Am I gonna have to switch to liquid cooling for my CPU?
