Why is my computer STILL overheating??

My computer used to get really hot and blue screen after 5 minutes of opening a game until I placed a home fan next to it, allowing me to play non-intensive games like csgo. I then bought an S340 case and 3 fans in the hopes of fixing the heat issue, but I'm still running into the problem. I've tested the CPU temps and while I play games it stays at a constant 37-42 C, and I also bought a new graphics card when I upgraded cases, so I know it's neither of these. After my computer blue screens, I can feel the immense heat coming out of the fan, which leads me to wonder if it's my mobo? Any ideas?

If you open the case are there areas that are noticeably hotter than others? You might have a problem with the airflow, even with a new case if there are obstacles blocking it or if the the fans aren't blowing in the right direction to move the hot air out of the case.
