I just got my fx8320 CPU working and i found that it is loud as hell is this normal?
for my cooling i am using the stock cooler that came with it.
what could be the problem is it that the CPU getting hot with the thermal paste or dose the stock cooler just suck ass?

my CPU temp on average without gaming is 34-38
and gaming goes around 50

seriously 4500-4800 rpm? and i taught mine was already loud at 2000+ rpm.

you can look into the bios setting to set your fan to just run at 50% but it won't efficiently cool your processor especially an amd fx-8320 which runs very hot due to it needing to suck more power.

an aftermarket cooler is recommended for those kind of processors specially if you plan on overclocking.
for the stock cooler it is normal for it to be noisy, i got my intel stock cooler and when my cpu temps reach 60 it starts to go berserk on rpm reaching 2000+ rpm. i use hw to monitor the fan max speed.

just buy an aftermarket cooler if you can't stand the noise 😀

The stock cooler is loud and quite simply, bad.
If you want quiet an upgrade is required.

What case do you have? If space is slim... the tx3 would be much quieter than the stock cooler.
If you have room though, the 212 evo is your best option for noise reduction on a budget.
