[SOLVED] Why is my CPU usage is so high ?

I bought a intel Core i7-11700 a few days ago and it's usage keeps spiking to 100% in Task Manager:

I updated my BIOS and tried to change the usage in the msi center. The temp dropped a bit but the usage didn't.
please help.

In Task Manager...click on the DETAILS tab then sort by "CPU" column. The processes that are heavily using the CPU will be at the top.
