Question Why is my CPU usage so high?

i just recently upgrade my pc with a brand new rtx 2070 and since i changed the graphic cards my cpu % is really high, it is around 70 and 100%. I think its maybe my power supply but i am not sure. I would just like to have a solution or a confirmation. Thank you !

Asus RTX 2070 advanced edition

i5 6500 3.20GHZ
Msi B250 PCMATE motherboard
bequiet 600 watt PSU
16 GB of DDR4 RAM

I assume you cranked up settings and resolution?

Your CPU is now working harder, and in all honesty the 6500 is going to struggle regardless with a 2070. You could help some by going for a i7 chip, but I would suggest a whole new Mobo/CPU either Intel or Ryzen

after a little while the CPU % is pretty normal between 8 and 30 i am starting to think that it is really a bottleneck. I am going to switch it back to my 1060 to see if the problem persist.
