Question Why is my display blurry?

I dont know why, but my display is SUPER blurry. Most games i try to play, even windows apps, and youtube videos. Every single one is blurry. I have a 1080p monitor, and every game/video im running is 1080p.

Please tell me if you need my specs

don't see the blurry, try another image?
test with another monitor?
what connection are you using to connect gpu to monitor?

I'm using a laptop. And it's blurry as in I feel the quality is 720p or 480p.
