Question Why is my eero saying a different speed than my desktop

I just upgraded to EERO 6 and it is connected to my Surfboard sb8200. When I run a speed test through the eero app the speed is 750-800mbps... but when I run a speed test through my desktop or any other device it reads 12-50mbps? I replaced all my ethernet cables to cat6. I pay for 1gig and my isp is WOW

Since you're dealing with a desktop, is it possible to parse the specs to said desktop like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:

If you're on Windows 10, please mention the version(not edition) of the OS. BIOS version for your motherboard? Have you tried uninstalling and manually reinstalling your networking adapter's drivers in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator?
