why is my fps so low when playing PUBG, I only get around 100-130fps even fps often drops below 100fps, because I see computer specifications like this can reach 200fps+. Lastly I have tried changing windows 10 from windows 11 but it's still the same. is there something wrong with my pc?

I think it's because my motherboard only has 4+1+1 VRM. so I'm thinking of upgrading the Motherboard to Colorful BattleAX B650M Plus V14, will that help?

my specs:
- ryzen 5 7500f
- asrock h610m-hdv/m.2 (not m.2+)
- 16gb ram 2x8gb kingbank ddr5 8GB C36 (speed at 5800mhz because i don't know when running at 6000mhz my game likes to crash)
- MSI Ventus 2x RTX 3060 Ti OC
- PSU Cooler Master MWE Bronze 650W V3

I have tried the multi-core test and got a score of 11554, while for single core it got a score of 1812.

Low FPS is 20. 60 FPS is playable. 100+ FPS is more than playable + then some.

Like this doesn't equal identical. Your build may have malware or bloatware issue. Or poor hardware optimization (outdated drivers).

4 main phase VRM is poor and it could be the issue, given that you've ruled out everything else.

Here's good Q&A about VRMs: https://www.lenovo.com/us/en/glossary/vrm/

Which bench program? Cinebench? Something else?

Also, keep in mind that GPU is the one who produces the FPS for the most part. CPU only plays a role when you have CPU heavy game (e.g Cities:Skylines).

PUBG is online game. For it, your internet connection speed and ping to the game servers also plays a role (latter can produce stutters as well).

There are so many variables into play here. You can't just look at some random benchmarks to compare with yours. Even though they have the same CPU and GPU, the rest of the hardware is likely not the same and most importantly, the game settings and resolution can be different. If the benchmark tests the game at 1080p medium settings and you play it at 1440p high settings, for example, you gonna get much lower fps.
