my gpu usage never goes above about 60% - 70% but I only get around 60 - 90 fps in game usually. the frames jump around a lot too, going between 60 to 110 and back constantly. my cpu usage never goes above around 10% - 20% and memory around 30%. I ran a benchmark on userbenchmark and pretty much every piece of hardware is significantly "below expectations". cpu and gpu temps stay around 50C.

thank you. after a few more restarts while trying to screenshot my bios, it seemed to just start working? im not sure why but it's showing 3600 now.. I ran another benchmark and the ram and cpu seem to be performing much better, although everything else seems to still be underperforming.
thank you for all the help

Well your ram now perform really good i have the same kit and i get only 100% https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserR...a3QjyQ7jVDHLApo7QRkZ20ziWZpMH9lHfco_TrKGw4Qtk. Your CPU too and your GPU is fine. On the other hand all your STORAGE...

Your ram is running at 2133 MHz as i see in your userbenchmark you have to enable XMP to run at 3600Mhz. This also affect your CPU performance so and your GPU performance too because Ryzen depends really much at the ram speeds.

I have the 3600 xmp profile set in the bios but it still says its at 2133.
my motherboard is gigabyte aorus x570 ultra on bios f11

Because i had an Aorus motherboard with the 3rd gen bioses they have a problem that they reset the bios if the power is totally off (like close the psu button) and sometimes it will do it even at a random time but its not that often. I bet that is your case. Get in your bios and enable XMP and make sure you save it too. Your ram is not running at 3600Mhz.

thank you. I have gone through the bios quite a few times now, all the settings are saving each time, but the speed isn't changing, I have tried moving the ram from slot 1 and 3 to 2 and 4 and tried manually setting the dram voltage in the bios to 1.35 and 1.4 but none of it has changed anything.

Maybe update the bios to the latest one? It says "Improve memory compatibility" in the description so it maybe help.

Maybe it has to do something with the motherboard that they all underperforming.
