Why is my frame rate so low ?

My FPS has been so low lately,i play Skyrim at 10FPS on lowest options!
This is my PC:
Processor:Intel(R) Pentium(R) CPU B960 @ 2.20GHz 2.20 GHz
RAM Memory:4.00 GB
Chip Type:Intel(R) HD Graphics Family
Display Mode:1366 x 768 (32 bit) (60GHz)
DirectX 11
DAC Type: Internal

I didn't try to do anything to fix this :/
So can anybody help me?

You have an old CPU and no dedicated GPU at all, which means you can't really get good fps on modern games.

Well i can run Call of Duty Black Ops 2 Just fine about 60 FPS and Dishonored to but games like Skyrim and Assassin's Creed 1 have so low frame rate it's ridicules.

Different games need different amounts of power to run.

I know but it was not always so slow,a few months ago Skyrim ran at 40FPS.

Download HWMonitor and keep an eye on your temps while gaming.
