[SOLVED] why is my GPU being used at 75% with nothing running

It works fine with steam games but is awful on games like rocket league and MC. I have a Xfx 570 card any ideas?

i ran a scan on windows defender and it said it was fine. I really don't know whats happening.

You might try an additional scan with Malwarebytes just to be sure.

I ran the new scan and it didnt have any problems.
I first noticed this problem after i installed wallpaper engine.
