my gpu is not overclocked.
Radeon rx 570 armor 4g oc
i downloaded the heaven benchmark and after 1-2 minutes is starts glitching and eventually restarts.
i noticed that is does that when it reaches 70 C temp and 100% usage.
it's brand new.

Solution
Around 39-42 C when it starts glitching.
Ok so those temps are perfectly safe so no issues there. As long as the GPU is brand new (not used or previously mined with) I'd suspect the PSU as the culprit. Replace it with a good quality 550W unit.

This Seasonic is a good quality unit and plenty of power for the system & overclocking.
