[SOLVED] Why is my GPU load 80-99% on CSGO

Hello. I'm am having an issue where my my GPU load is extremely high when playing CSGO. Seeing as CSGO isn't a very GPU intensive game, I was wondering if there was a fix for this. My GPU is a EVGA GTX 2070 so I don't see why the load would be so high running the game

Is Vsync disabled?

It might actually be 'spinning it's wheels' generating 300-400 fps depending on your CPU, but, only displaying 60-100 fps, depending on the monitor...; you can at least max out all details/effects to enjoy what is displayed.

Yes Vsync is disabled. My cpu is an i9 and I own a benq XL2546
