Why is my gpu not recongnized when I open my pc?

Hello everyone. I bought my 1070 two and a half years ago and everything was running fine but last summer I purchased a logitech g502 and after about 2 hours of using it my pc crashed and when I opened it my gpu did not have drivers and it wasn't recognized by the system. Also nvidia geforce experience was not open. After 5 minutes, my screen turned black for 2 secs just like it does when you install new nvidia drivers and my gpu was then recognized and it had drivers and geforce experience was open. From that day this problem stays the same and nothing has changed. Does someone know why is this happening? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

By reseating it you mean pull it off and put it on again?

Yeah remove it from the pci-e slot and put it back in again (when the system is off).
