Question Why is my GPU suddenly performing way below expectations?

Now I understand below expectation is normal for non-overclocked gpus but 1 day difference and suddey my gpu is performing 20% worse. No changes have been made. Should i reinstall the drivers?

avg is 93% and your is 90%, it is within range

if you want to go up expectations, you need to upgrade the gpu

How about the second image? Its 84%

I did, overclocking to 1674 gives me better results now 74% vs 44% before but normal it still gives me 12%

Temps dont go over 60

It seems that after i reinstalled the drivers its all good again sitting at 91%(32%) which i assume its normal for ref card but im still wondering what exactly was causing that 12%
