Question Why is my gpu temps so low?

Hello!
I have an Radeon rx 570 for a year now,
Recently I felt like idk a bit annoyed that my pc can't handle what I throw at it and I decided to try what I never ever tried - overclocking,
and thats also when I noticed my gpu temps.
Its SO LOW
its sitting at about 20 idle, and up to 40 at gaming. (silent fans barely spinning)
I never saw it above 50. Only really hungry graphic benchmarks can get it there.
I have like 3 case fans getting air out.
as I said, speed of gpu fans is normal and even low and I do not live In a very cold place.
this rx 570 is a year in my pc. before it I had a rx 470 that died after a year, warrenty gave me a new one, also died after a year, and then they didn't have an rx 470 so they tried giving me a 1050 ti and 12 YO me told them that they are scammers and its a really weak card. Anyway they gave me this sweet rx 570. peformence seems good - at EXTREAM overclock it is still not going above 50.
and peformnce seems well above any rx 570 iv seen.
am i just lucky to have this dude?

btw, funny thing is that my cpu is over heating as hell.

What is your rooms ambient air temps? What is the make and model of your RX580? Those temps are either falsely reported or you're living in a (frozen)bunker.

Radeon pulse rx 570, seems like its the most default rx 570 there is.
room's temp is normal. like 25 I guees.
cpu - I7-975
Motherboard- X58A-OC - my pc is preety much a beast from 8 years ago : )
Ram: ddr3 8x2
hdd: 500 gbX2 and one like 300 gb for the os.
GPU: Radeon pulse rx 570
Chasis? what is it?
maybe the case? I have a huge very very old Thermaltake case. (HUGE)
PSU: no idea. can't open my pc right now.
os: windows 10 (64).
no, gpu temps are not faulse.
I think my case even tho It has a very wierd set of fans, (3 fans taking air out) Its somehow getting the case very very very cold. If im putting ma hand inside Its cold.
I tried to run my pc without anycase fans and my gpu temps are really a bit higher - about 30 idle and maybe up to 60 at MAX under heavy load. I belive I got a lucky gpu + somehow GREAT case airflow..
I run my pc without and case fans right now.
Its just super duper loud. now its quiet.
