[SOLVED] Why is my Gpu's fan Not working correctly?

So, I got a Asus ROG 980 ti matrix (platinum) and one of my fans don't spin, it only spins when you gpu decides to max the fans, is there any reasons why?

I don't know, but all the GPUs I've gotten have had fans not spin until under load, so I'm pretty sure it's normal. Could you check your GPU temps?

Yes, they idle at around 28 but it's one the 1 fan that turns off, shortly after that the fans go to 100% and then it starts spinning at repeats the process until under load.

I'd say that's normal. A lot of GPU's try to stay quiet while not under load. Unless the fan sticks when spun manually or temps are high, I'd say it's normal.

Yeah, on Asus forums it says people are getting repairs for it something to do with the RMA? So I was just checking.
