Why is my graphics card artifacting?

Yesterday, I started noticing artifacts on my Radeon HD 6450 overclocked to 725 MHz GPU/900 MHz memory. I underclocked it to 400 MHz GPU/800MHz memory (the minimum allowed by AMD Overdrive) and it's still artifacting. I keep the fan at 75%, and I've never seen the temperatures above 55 degrees. What could be causing artifacts?

What kind of artifacts are you getting and when? Always or only when the card is under load?
Try using DDU to uninstall your graphics drivers and reinstall them. If this doesn't help it's probably a faulty card.

Large black or gray chunks on the screen when under load. What is the DDU and how do I use it?

DDU is "Display Driver Uninstaller"
It uninstalls your drivers properly for a clean install of new ones, download it, run it, select amd and click "clean and restart" then when windows boots you can reinstall the driver.
