Question Why is my gt730 performing so bad?

I recently "upgraded from a 710 to a 730, and it runs so much worse, I can even open up no mans sky due to driver incompatibilities. I wasn't ever planning on getting such a low end card, but im desperate. Its paired with a 3700X, and 16 gigs of ram. Any suggestions?

despite different names there really isn't going to be any difference in performance anyway.

return the card and just make due with the other card.'

look to aliexpress or ebay for an old card, really most anything will be better than a 710 or 730

Yeah im returning it, I'll just wait until I can find a good deal, if I ever can. I was originally getting a 3070, and then prices and stock went to <Mod Edit>.
