So, 60 C is the GPU's IDLE Temp value ? By any chance, do you have any BITCOIN Mining Virus on your OS ? Scan your PC for malware. What's the GPU LOAD/usage when the temp is 60 C ??

Is there any dust settled on the GPU fans ??

im sure this is some dust i need to completly clean the case out not sure where to check the gpu load usage i did a full system scan yesterday with norton and nothing came back up until last night i had never noticed it i attributed by the humidity were having but in no way should it make it jump 20c more

To check the GPU load/usage, use this GPU-Z tool. https://www.techpowerup.com/gpuz/

But since you have already scanned your PC, I'm going to assume all the values are going to show normal. Nonetheless, just check the load/usage if possible. How is the airflow inside your ATX cabinet ? And yes, please clean the GPU fans, and check for any dust as well.
