Not sure where else to put this, but basically my 1TB hard drive someone has less than half of its space free, but I should only be taking up around 300GB of space. I looked through all my files and didn't find anything. I even downloaded WinDirStat to try to find the problem, and all it told me was what I already know. I'm not sure what else to do from here.

Solution
WinDirStat shows your D drive as 516.7GB consumed
Disk Management shows 931 total minus 415GB free = 516GB consumed.

516 = 516

I'm not seeing an issue.

We need the whole window of both applications.

To run as administrator, right click on the shortcut used to open it, and select....Run As Administrator.

Alright, sorry about that

upload a screenshot of winddirstat and disk managment to imgur.com and post the link here

did you run winddirstat as administrator?

Here's WinDirStat run as administrator
And here's Disk Management

Like I said, there should be a lot more free space than there actually is, I have no idea where it went.

EDIT: Never mind, I think I figured it out. I guess my math was really off. Thank for the help though, sorry to waste your time like that

Yeah, I figured it out. There were some things installed that weren't supposed to be installed. My math was also off for some reason. Thanks for the help though
