Question Why is my HDD showing up as 2 Harddrives?

I am trying to use this hdd as a storage for a ps4 it won't let me because it is reading the smaller size hdd. I am trying to get rid of it but it wont let me

You probably have an old system partition on there from use on a PC. I'd recommend using something like Gparted to remove ALL partitions (Those are partitions, which show up as drives C:, D:, E:, etc.) and then create ONE partition, and then format it as exFAT, rather than FAT32, as it seems that is MORE compatible with PS4 than FAT32.
