Question Why is my High End Gaming Laptop getting low fps?

I recently got my gaming laptop which is a G15 Ryzen Edition with a Ryzen 7 5800H, GeForce RTX 3050 Ti, 16gb ram 2x8, and a 512gb M.2 PCle NVMe.I've been getting really low fps on games, for example on apex low setting I could be getting 30-45 fps.I checked the temps which I would be getting 60C.I went to NVIDA control panel to switch programs from running on my integrated graphics to my dedicated graphics card and it was the same thing. I went into GeForce experience to see if I put a cap on the Fps but it was off. I tried updating my GPU drivers and it was the same result, now I have no idea what to do can someone help me please.
