[SOLVED] Why is my integrated GPU's vram slower than my systems ram?

My laptop has 8GB of RAM and 2GB is used as vram as well as 3gb of shared memory for my AMD integrated gpu. In task manager it says that my ram is at 2400mhz however in radeon settings, it says that my vram is only at 1200mhz. If the gpu is using my systems memory, then why arent they the same speed?

it mean math 1200x2 = 2400. it is running the correct speed
