Hello,I HAVE AN HP PAVILION G7-1149 LAPTOP WITH AN INTEL i-3 2.4 GHZ CPU AND IT HAS LISTED IN THE ENVIROMENTAL VARIABLES AREA , THE PROCESSOR ARCHITECTURE as "amd 64" and the processor identifier as intel64 family6 model 37 stepping 5,genuine intel.
why would my intel cpu be using an intel driver?and could this be affecting the performance of my laptop?

You are not using an AMD driver for the processor. The extension AMD64 refers to the x86-64 compatibility of Windows, and such is present in all modern processors.
There's nothing to worry about.
