This has been happening for about the past month now and it's driving me insane. I've been getting the slowest internet speeds ever and it's not my isp nor my router as I have tested on my phone, other devices. Anyone know why this could be caused? It's driving me crazy and my isp said it's just my computer problem

Solution
hardware or software, what is at fault? lets find out.
Boot to a USB drive with linux on it. grab a USB drive, a copy of rufus and a linux distribution.
http://distrowatch.com/ has tons of differing linux distributions and download links. I personally am fond of linux mint with cinnamon.
https://rufus.ie/ the utility used to extract the ISO file to the USB drive.

use rufus to extract the selected ISO to the thumb drive. it will make the drive bootable and you can run linux from the drive once done.
Reboot into linux and proceed to test the hardware. connect to internet, watch videos, await problems.
if linux is good and stable the issue is most likely inside windows or otherwise software related.

this is a test of the hardware.

if you experience the same speed here the hardware is at issue. if the device performs flawlessly here the drivers or other software inside windows must be at fault. this will let you determine which road to travel, hardware or software.

i assume hardware is at fault considering that i've never used any other software except windows and this just started happening recently, if it's some spyware, then malwarebytes can't detect it. There's no way this is a software issue.

You've already ruled out your router(somehow)you've also ruled out drivers because you said this couldn't be software related, so that leaves your hardware(machine). Is it connected through wireless or wired? Have you replaced the cable? other than that there are probably 2 things - either the nic card(or wireless adapter) or inteference.
