Why is my keyboard typing wrong letters

Suddenly my keyboard types the wrong letter or doesn't show anything at all. Also the wheel on my wireless mouse is shring the page when I scroll down.

eg. When I type "n" I jump to a new page in Word.

Is this a desktop or laptop? It sounds like the Ctl key on your keyboard is stuck on. Does the "n" create a new blank document?

It is a laptop and yes it goes to a new blank document.

Ctrl is stuck down most likely. Control + scroll wheel will zoom the page in and out. Control + N will create a new document/page.

Check both Ctl keys and make sure they aren't physically stuck. If they seem fine you can replace the keyboard. It isn't too difficult on most laptops.
