It runs slow and is really laggy. I doesn't have a virus and here is a link so you can see the specs:
http://www.argos.co.uk/static/Product/partNumber/4182797.htm

With the specs it has I think it should be running smoothly, all I use it for is college work (coding, office) and surfing the web. Even if I am watching a vid on youtube it takes so long to switch from default view to full screen. Is there something i can do to speed it up ?

Solution
Cant view the link on the network I am currently on.
Would you list out the CPU, Memory, and Hard Drive specs for me.

What makes you so sure that you do not have a virus? Don't mean to come off rude here, but I have to ask since there are tons of posts on this forum where they were dead sure they did not have a virus because their free copy of AVG, MSE, etc did not find an infection. But once they scanned with malwarebytes or a good antivirus it found a ton of crap.

Typical things that help PC speed:
Disable unneeded startup programs
Use program like ccleaner to clear out cache and temp system files
Scan registry for obsolete keys
Defrag hard drive (don't do this if you have an SSD).

Check this thread and apply the most you can from the suggestions given there. Start by typing "msconfig" on search > and from the msconfig > Startup tab, uncheck everything except for the Antivirus, next from the Services tab, mark "Hide all Microsoft services", and from the remaining third party services, uncheck all but the antivirus service/s, next search for %temp% and delete all files in the temp folder... (this should make the computer run a bit faster so you can apply the suggestions given in the thread) > Restart the computer for the settings to apply.
