why is my memory score so low on amd overdrive?

Solution
Remove all but 1x RAM module, then try to enable to XMP profile on that module alone & see what happens.

You may just need a slight voltage tweak to get all of the individual modules to work together in XMP (the joys of mixing & matching even identical RAM that wasn't sold in a kit!)
First link shows that it is working and registered properly, 4x8GB sticks @ 1337, all checks out.

The second link doesn't really show anything, and certainly doesn't look concerning.

You should try using a more popular benchmark tool, like Passmark, to get an idea of how your PC compares to others.

Looks like you bought four individual 8GB modules (from the product number) vs a 4x8GB kit.
You may have some slight timing/voltage issues to get an XMP profile enabled adequately.......... but it may just 'work' too*!

*Some RAM, even the same make/model/speed etc just doesn't always 'play nice' with others.

i have tried that and on the reboot it shuts down and then reboots again and gives an error message saying that it is not compatible with the new settings

i removed the other 3 sticks , enabled xmp and it posted, problem identified, thank you barty1884, now do you think this ram would go better with a lga1150 intel i5 4590 non k in a asus z97-a 3.1, and the pny anarchy 2x 8gb sticks i have in it would go better in the amd build, and then buy another 2x 8 set of anarchy to go with it?

Depends on the speed of the PNY kit. AMD chips benefit from faster RAM speeds.

A voltage 'tweak' on your RAM should allow you to enable the profile across all 4 modules though.
Remove the XMP profile. Then add back the 4 modules. Enter your BIOS, enable XMP but then increase the DRAM voltage by a small amount (say +0.05v), and reboot. Hopefully that's all you need to get all 4 modules working in harmony @ 1866MHz.

That being said, buying "another 2x8GBset" puts you down the exact same path!! If you want 32GB (still not sure why?), then buy a 32GB kit (2x16GB or 4x8GB) - together in retail packaging. That way, those are tested to work together as intended (including any XMP profile)

how big is the difference between 16 and 32 or how much do i really need just to play all the newest games?

man i really did not know what i was doing or what i needed to build me a good gaming pc, i actually bought that asus intel setup then i bought this gigabyte mobo and it came with the ram so i bought a amd 9590 and the temp on that scaird me into a lepa 240 water cooler that i did not trust so i bought a corsair h100i that did the job but the temp still worried me so i bought this 8150fxz and a amd 4350 fx and a bunch of different colored fans like 6 cases and a bunch of other useless stuff and now im cant figure out what out of all of it to use lol, thanks for your help i wish i would have had your help to buy all the componets instead of the whole store,

As an FYI, the FX9590 is a horrible chip. It needs a specialized motherboard (of which there are only a few) - although it will physically fit many boards with the AM3+ socket, most are designed for a max TDP of 140W, with the 9590 running at 220W! Power phases/voltage regulations etc on most AM3+ boards are just not up to the task. Even with an appropriate board, it still requires a high-end cooler (either air or liquid) to cool it adequately.

This forum is a brilliant resource for that. Honestly, if you're unsure what to buy (even if you think you're 100% sure!) it never hurts to post up a question and gather some feedback. I can't imagine there's even a single user on this forum that would've recommended the 9590.

The FX4350 is capable enough, but it's fairly entry-level. Considering all the funds you've thrown at this, you could've put together a much more capable rig.

If you want, you could post a list of the components you have available to you now (either here or in a new thread) and we can help you piece together the best rig possible from those components?

Structure it like this:

CPUs:
FX11111
FX22222

Motherboards
MB11111
MB22222

RAM

etc, etc.

Once you/we've figured out the best build from the components, you can sell off the unused components (either individually, or build a second rig to sell).

As a heads up though, there may be some new purchases involved to make the ideal setup from what you have (might be a motherboard, might be a PSU etc) - but more than happy to help you figure it out.

**If you decide to start a new thread for this, post a link to it in here so I get the notification.

If you had a board suitable for the 9590, you could use that - but you don't.

You didn't list a PSU either....

You're definitely going overkill with fans though. Personally, I'd set it up like this:
2 on the rad (which shouldn't need a case mod in that case!) mounted to the top.
1 (or 2 if it fits) front intake
1 rear exhaust
