Question Why is my monitor so zoomed in?

I have an Asus G2590PX and it is on 1920 x 1080 which is it's max resolution. I had the same problem with previous monitors as well. It isn't a windows magnifier problem as I already have it turned off. I have looked online and haven't found anything that fixes it. My screen is not cutoff but it looks compacted/ zoomed in at a locked ratio. My graphics card is an RTX 2080 for those wondering.
