Why is my mouse HUGE?!

I just finished building and installing my newest computer. Installed windows 8.1 and everything is working fine. Before I installed the driver disc that came with my R9 290 my mouse pointer was normal sized now it is HUGE. I went to the settings and it says I am on the smallest size available. What caused it to blow up and how do I reset it back?

check the video size set up in amd control panel make sure it set to the max for your monitor. if it not the mouse and icon will blow up. also look under ease of access center. see if someone set you mouse to oversize.

How do I check the video control size in amd control panel? I know it's not the ease of access I checked that and it's set on the smallest setting. I know it has to be something with the AMD CCC. I'm using an hdtv running 1080p@60hz before I installed catalyst control center it would only run at 64hz now it lets me choose 60hz which is good. But it blew up my mouse HUGE. It really bugs me. New to the PC world so I appreciate the help.

Yes I have my TV running at 1080p 60hz already. The thing is when I installed AMD CCC that is when my mouse got huge... Some setting AMD changed that did that and it's so very annoying
