I have Samsung bc2450 LED 24” monitor with Windows 7 op system using ATI Radeo HD4350 graphics.

Recently did a factory reset. Now my screen has a black border all around.

Under screen resolution the display option has SMBX2450 with max resolution being 1920 x 1080.

I have updated the driver. Have no clue why this has happened after the reset.
Any help would be appreciated.

I can't see any overscan compensation.

If you are using AMD settings, then you need to go to AMD Settings -> Displays, and set the HDMI Scaling slider to 0%.

If you are still using Catalyst Control Center, then you need to go to My Digital Flat Panels -> Scaling Options, and set the Underscan/Overscan slider to 0%.

I’ve done a search of both, AMD settings and Catalyst Control Center on my pc but nothing comes up.
