Why is my my screen faintly blue?

I see no issue in the pictures. Could you be color blind (I'm not trying to be funny)?

Am i no but that may have turned on somehow..do you know how to turn it off?

You posted screenshots, which are the desktop as Windows wants it to be displayed. In all likelihood the problem is with the monitor or video card, so won't show up in screenshots. Take a pic of your screen with your phone and post that.

Its probably in your monitor settings. Try turning down the blue.
