Question Why is my new gaming laptop stuttering?

I just bought a bit older model Lenovo Legion Y540 (GTX 1660Ti - i5 9300H, 512GB SSD, 60Hz display) as my first budget gaming laptop and boy I'm having trouble with game stutters. This is happening in Valheim and Minecraft usually when running or looking around fast. Disabling Vsync helped a bit but it seems that the stuttering is present at any settings. I undervolted, my temps are great, I bought extra RAM(now 16GB), installed, reinstalled all drivers and windows, ran health checks on all components and all is fine. Limiting to 60 fps makes things worse and using an external monitor gives ocassional screen tearing. Is this just a CPU bottleneck or am I missing sth here?

Yeah you said you bought extra ram so that means you’re probably mixing ram and your ram isn’t working at optimal speeds which causes stuttering
