Why is my new GTX 760 getting same average fps as my old GTS 450?

I updated my drivers to 320.49, reinstalled DX and somehow I still get 35 fps in battlefield 3 on ultra and 55 fps on low.

See your CPU and RAM usage is very high, its clear that you need a little more performance on those.
Overclock as much as your temperature will allow. Do you have an aftermarket CPU cooler?

Open up the case and check. If you don't know you have an aftermarket cooler, then you probably do not.

After messing around with it for awhile I figure its no use using this old cpu and motherboard. Can someone recommend a good cpu and compatible motherboard so I can get the full benefits of my gtx 760?

Well I know a guy that runs a computer shop so I can get a discount by trading him my old cpu/motherboard and my gts 450. Nothing over $400

Not that it helps but, I have a 965BE and have the same problem. Gonna buy a newer chip a see if that helps. Did you resolve your issue? If so how?
