I got my new pc yesterday ran dota 2 on it. For the first time it was great, full ultra 60 fps, etc. When i tried to play with it later, it crashed on the loading screen, the screen went black and restarted. Now i downloaded some new games too, and they went great on the first launch. But when i want to play with them again, they just crash my pc.
Rig:
Chieftec GPA-500S8 500W OEM PSU
AMD Athlon ii x4 860k cpu with Cooler Master Hyper 103 RR-H103-22PB-R1 cooler
Asus A58M-k mobo
Asus R7 260X OC 2GB DDR5 R7260X-OC-2GD5 GPU
Akyga AKY001BK case
Corsair XMS3 4GB DDR3 1600MHz CMX4GX3M1A1600C9
Western Digital 1TB 64MB WD10EZEX HDD
Samsung SH-224DB/BEBE optical drive
Connected with HDMI cable, using my old pc's cables.

I TRIED: Directx reinstall, net framework update, hard disk sentinel, new driver for my gpu

I DIDN'T TRY: OS reinstall, Memtest86 (no beeps on mobo tho) , and possibly a lot more things

Again: i played the games with full ultra graphics and there were no problem on the first try only on the second one.

Common crashes:
The operating system restarted to check if there's any problem. the operation was the following: 0x00000116 (0xfffffa80041d3010, 0xfffff8800403f848, 0x0000000000000000, 0x0000000000000002 saved: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP.

ATI EEU PnP start/stop failed

amdkmdap stopped working, but restarted and is working fine

Edit: i have a copy of windows 7 sp1 ultimate edition and im using the drivers they added to the card and mobo

Yes as nikoli707 said, you will have to completely remove the drivers and reinstall them manually.
The error you mentioned 0x00000116 means VIDEO_TDR_ERROR
That means its is trying to reset the drivers.
