[SOLVED] Why is my new PC lagging so much ?

Hello Eveyone
i Built A new PC and this my parts :

M.B : B550 TOMAHAWK
CPU: RYZEN 7 3700X
RAM: XPG 2×8=16GB 3600
SSD M.2: XPG 512 GB
HDD : 2TP [2TB?]
GPU : MSI RTX 3070 GAMING X TRIO
PSU : SEASONIC 650W FULL 80 PLUS GOLD
Monitor :SAMSUNG TV TU8000 4K@60Hz

* The problem is my pc full lagged i can't even open youtube everythings are lagging even my gpu goes to 80% usage and i didn't open any games and am using Win 10 Pros What should i do please and what's supossed to do ? btw those parts are new just from 4 days ago and there's no overlock all parts in low profiles .

Update to the latest chipset drivers,
AMD Drivers and Support for Radeon, Radeon Pro, FirePro, APU, CPU, Ryzen, desktops, laptops

Look for updates on LAN and sound drivers as well. Might even skip sound drivers and use windows integrated first.


There is a pretty new bios, update to that after the chipset drivers.

After that for ram enable A-XMP. Ram is in the scond and fourth sot from the cpu out?
