Question Why is my new pc that hasn't been booted before is switching between ez debug led cpu and dram?

I have a 7700k cpu and a msi z270 gaming carbon pro mobo and g skill tridentz 3000 ram and i don't know what to do because it just wont post i hope you guys can help.
