[SOLVED] Why is my NumLock light on my keyboard only lighting up once windows get logged in?

Funny question actually because I'm positive that I have the setting enabled in the bios, and if you are like me in any way you would also leave your NumLock on just for the purpose of determining if your keyboard gets power once you power on your pc, this used to happen when the pc powers up not only when entering OS.

Windows has its own thing going on regarding the default state of the Numpad on startup: https://www.howtogeek.com/244606/how-to-enable-num-lock-automatically-when-your-computer-boots/

It's likely for computers that don't have this option for some reason, or to override the behavior of it.
