Question Why is my PC difficult to power up ?

Everytime I tried to power on my PC it won't do it instantly. Had to unplug power supply cord at the back then push the power button several times until it turns on. I suspect it's the motherboard. I have 2 power supplies and two vcards and both work fine. Can you confirm if it's the motherboard ?

Anyway, I already ordered a low end motherboard and I'll find out if I'm right. I hope I'm right. Sorry for the English. Tnx

Do you have access to the computer's interior?

If you do, you should check whether the Power button is faulty first, you can can do it by jump starting the computer with a screwdriver.
