Question Why is my PC facing overheating shutdowns?

Hello, I'm trying to find out why my gaming PC is getting a thermal shutdown every time it's in use. I assumed it was the CPU so I bought a Corsair AIO water cooler and replacing the thermal paste because I still had a stock CPU fan anyway, yet it still keeps happening. Usually CPU idle temps are at 30-35 degree celsius, and would be at 50 degree celsius max when playing games, so the AIO is working. GPU idle temps at around 40 degree celsius, with it being at 65 degree celsius max, by the way I just replaced the thermal paste for this as well, same issue still happens. Though it's still a stock PSU, all of my components use 401W calculated by PCPartPicker, my PSU is 600W, so I don't think this is the issue either.

My BIOS is updated and I loaded optimal settings, same issues still happen, dusted off everything, no improvements, my PC sits at a good position at my desk, so bad airflow can't be the problem, I feel completely lost. Any kind of advice and recommendations to troubleshoot what's going on with my PC would be greatly appreciated. Specs of my PC below, this is all I kind think of right now, if you need to know other things feel free to ask:

CPU: (Intel) i5-11600KF 6-cores
GPU: GeForce RTX 3060
PSU: 600W
Motherboard:Model B560 DS3H AC-Y1
Usual Hertz: 165 Hz
Retailer: CyberPower

You're not getting thermal shutdown below 100C with any modern CPU or GPU, so heat was never the issue. It's probably the PSU; a high quality 600w unit will be enough for that system, but OEMs often cheap out on them, and they de-rate/get weaker with time. What exact model is that PSU?

I don't really know what the exact model is, I just know it's 600W. Should I try to go for a 750W? I heard CyberPower always gives bad stock PSU's.
