Question Why is my pc freezing and making this screen?

Hey guys, so I recently upgraded to a 3090 with new Corsair Dominator RGB Ram. When my pc is in use for a bit, both my screens freeze and it becomes all black and pixelated. It goes back and reloads windows. However, a blue screen doesn't pop up and it just relaunches like nothing happened. Can anyone help me figure out whats going on?

Cpu: Intel I9-9900K
GPU: Asus ROG strix 3090 white
Ram: 64gb Corsair Dominator Platinum RGB 64GB 3600 18-19-19-39
Mobo: Asus z390-e
Cooler: Corsair 360mm Radiator AIO
PSU: Corsair 1200W
Storage:
-1 250gb samsung 970 evo (boot)
-2 2tb samsung 970 evo
-1 TB WD disc drive

How old is the PSU in your build?

Did you run DDU prior to removing your older card in order to drop in the RTX3090?

The PSU in my build is brand new. I bought it with the card too.

I did NOT run DDU prior to removing the older card

update: I did a complete graphics driver wipe with DDU and reinstalled the newest one
