It doesn't seem to say, what if any overclocking was done.
(It would be nice to see at least the clock frequency and memory (VRAM) speed readings.)
For all you know he may be competing in a professional overclocking competition.
Also, if hardware specs aren't causing the speed issues then it is likely caused by a software issue slowing you down.
It shows MSAA as x0 but if that setting is enabled in your drivers it may not know that and you would end up with a lower score until you choose application controlled or OFF.
Check the drivers and ensure there is no AA (and other misc driver settings) turned on for everything, instead let the application control those settings. Then try again.
idk if any overclocking is done on the other pc but the score isnt the main problem.
Sometimes my pc runs slow and then after a restart it sometimes goes back to normal. i have noticed that it stars rining slow when i run a program. One time i started the share screen option in skype and my pc was runing slow for the whole day(it is still lagging).Onetime it started to run slow when i ran a youtube video at 1080p and after a day or so it was back to normal.the interesting thing is that the pc works fine but when i start a game it runs way slower than it sould be. i used to have have win8.1 and thought it was lagging cuz of that and got win 7 but its still lagging sometimes. i have no idea if its hardware or software so if you have any idea let me know.
I would cleanly install Windows 7 again but use the computer for a few days without downloading any extra software. If the problem is solved, you'll know it was a software issue. If the problem persists, then slowly start installing software over the next couple of days. That way you'll be able to notice which software it is causing the issues.
If the clean install automatically starts causing issue, then I guess it could be hardware. When you say the computer get's "slow", does the mouse lag across the screen? Or does is lag and then hard freeze the PC? If so, that's a good indicator of a HDD failure.
Hope this helps,
Josh
